The house is located in the heart of Kokkari in a very quite lay. You can choose the vibrant life of Kokkari at day and night or you can just have a quiet and calm rest on the terrace and enjoy the scene.

A two storey house on a historical place. The available flat is in the 1st floor with only few stairs accessible by a separate entrance. The interior is historical and traditional. Free wifi is available. The hall has air-condition and the bedrooms are equipped with fans. Located in direction North, faces the sea and the small port of Kokkari with boasting views from the balcony and all the bedrooms and kitchen.

Behind the scene

The house was built in 1836 from stone and porcelain, when Samos was autonomous. At that time it was one of the most beautiful mansions and it housed personalities who helped in the independence of Samos. It is noteworthy that in the last 200 years there have been three major earthquakes in Samos, but the house was not damaged.
